Training programmes

​

Booking a training programme reserves professional time and resources for you and your dog. Please ensure you can commit to the agreed programme before booking.

Once training has started, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a full refund. If you choose to discontinue, you will be charged for services already delivered and any reasonable, evidenced losses directly resulting from your cancellation.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce these losses, including attempting to refill reserved appointments. Charges will account for costs saved and replacement bookings, will not include double recovery, and will not exceed the agreed contract price. Any remaining balance of your advance payment will be refunded.

Cancelling or rearranging appointments

​

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Missed appointments and late cancellations may incur a charge reflecting the reasonable loss caused, up to the appointment fee. A full charge will not apply automatically where the appointment is refilled or the loss is otherwise avoided.

Your cooling-off rights

​

Where your booking carries a statutory cancellation right, you may cancel within 14 days, starting the day after the contract is agreed.

Training will begin during this period only at your express request. If you then cancel before the service is completed, you will pay the proportionate amount legally due for services supplied up to cancellation plus cancelation fee, provided the required information and consent have been obtained.

Your statutory cancellation right ends once the agreed service has been fully completed, provided you expressly requested early commencement and acknowledged that consequence.

To cancel, contact Dog’s Perspective using the contact details in your booking confirmation. A clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient. Any refund required under the statutory cooling-off rules will be made within 14 days of notification.
